    Recruitment/ Retention Supplement. For Full and Part-Time Instructional Employees. Starting in the 2025-2026 School Year!

    Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, regular complete time and part time training workers will receive a yearly income supplement of no less than $4,500.00, in accordance with conditions set forth in the SJEA Memorandum of Understanding.

    The funds booked for the instructional system will be paid to employees within the training bargaining unit in referendum supplements as follows:

    - Years 0-5: $4,500 (Flat Rate).
    - Years 6-10: $5,172.00.
    - Years 11-15: $6,206.00.
    - Years: 16-20: $7,241.00.
    - Years 21+: $8,275.00.
  • Regular full-time staff members as defined by Article 1 (E) shall get the complete worked out amount.
    - Regular part-time staff members shall get half of the full-time worker quantity.
    - Employees holding "Part Time As Needed" positions are not eligible for this supplement.
    - The income supplement will be paid in within the employee's frequently set up paycheck throughout the following academic year: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.
    Additional requirements use.

    Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, regular full-time and part-time Administrative, Managerial & Confidential employees will get a yearly wage supplement as follows:

    - Full-Time: $6,000 (Flat Rate).
    - Part-Time: $3,000 (Flat Rate).
    Supplement stipulations include the following:

    - Regular full-time workers are defined as working 25 hours each week or higher and shall get the full supplement amount.
    - Regular part-time workers are specified as working less than 25 hours each week and will receive half of the full-time supplement amount.
    - Employees holding Part-time As Needed positions are not eligible for this supplement.
    - The salary supplement will be paid in installments within the worker's regularly set up income throughout the list below school years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.
